This publication is an adaptation of the “Rain Room” pavilion. The spatial design of the building aims to create a connection between humans and nature through artificial rain. This publication presents a unique interpretation of the pavilion, focusing on how the raindrops act as prisms, dispersing light to create a visible spectrum.
In this book, I experiment with perspective and its impact on our experiences. The typography is inspired by the pavilion’s floor, with each letter carefully designed and laser-cut. The order of the pages is intentionally considered, and the pages with letters spell out RAIN ROOM throughout the book.
